The Forum has a 5-year plan. After 3 years, it will publish an independent Impact Assessment Report of its work measured against its targets.

Participants in the programme will be able to measure their success on a regular basis by comparing their operational results through the Business Health Check. Some of the main measurements are lower labour turnover, higher customer satisfaction and better productivity and profits for every participant on the programme.
