KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

One of the Forum's most important initiatives is the creation of its Benchmark Index. Benchmarking is a health check that highlights a business's strengths and indicates weaknesses. Undertaken on a regular basis, it provides key information, enabling a business to monitor how it is developing. The Index is based on the national scheme but has been adapted to the tourism, hospitality and leisure industry. These measurements - called Key Performance Indicators - enable businesses to compare their performance in confidence in ten key sectors.
